The "Jaunottes" trail is a magnificent walk through the heart of the ravine-covered valleys of the Rupt. Sometimes in the countryside along the river and through charming villages, sometimes in the forest on steep and shaded slopes, this walking route will constantly surprise you with its biodiversity and the diversity of the Lorraine landscapes marked by the traces of war.

You will discover the villages of Jaulny and Rembercourt-sur-Mad, before following the Rupt-de-Mad, a river classified as a Sensitive Natural Area which extends for 37 km, from the departmental border with the Meuse to its confluence with the Moselle.

Located partly along a railway line symbolizing the economic and human upheavals up to the present day, this route will allow you to wander between ponds adorned with a picnic area and reading stands on the local fauna and flora and to immerse yourself in the history of the three wars with the help of the sentinels of the "station of witnesses", information supports.

Passing by German stelae dating from the 1870 war and the monument erected in memory of Second Lieutenant Chabal, you will go around an old ammunition depot which, for security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to enter.

With its 450m of elevation gain, its technical sections in the trenches, its high difficulty right from the start, this course has all the makings of a great one!

The Mini TCC 10km is the perfect format to discover the discipline of trail running and experience the unique atmosphere of the Trail de la Croix des Carmes.



With 360m of elevation gain over 10km, this short course is by no means without its appeal. It will take us through the historic trails of Norroy-lès-Pont-à-Mousson and its famous, playful trenches, with a pleasant climb right from the start.



Ideal for a first trail run between Nancy and Metz! The highlight: passing the Monument to the Germans, a witness to the past of this territory of Meurthe-et-Moselle and a tribute to the clashes of 14-18.

The TCC 32km is the flagship race of the Trail de la Croix des Carmes, the choice race for those who love challenging, playful, demanding trail running…



With its 32km and 1100m of elevation gain, this route crosses the iconic trails of Pont-à-Mousson, just 30km from Nancy and Metz. There's no room for boredom: a succession of steep climbs, technical sections, and challenging restarts will test both your legs and your mental strength!



Throughout the journey, you will walk through places marked by history: vestiges of the First World War, commemorative monuments, landscapes that tell stories as much as they evoke emotions.
