The time of rooting
In 2017, a move brought the family to a house nestled in the countryside. There, in this green setting, the idea took root: why not make this place a place to work and live? With the unwavering support of her husband, Caroline resigned and began a career change.
An internship in the Vosges Mountains, alongside rural herbalists who would become mentors, allowed her to bring her project of growing aromatic and medicinal plants to fruition. Better still, she discovered an inspiring way of life, perfectly aligned with her values. The adventure began!
For two years, she observed, learned, experimented... and little by little, her garden became a true "herb garden" - the name given in the Middle Ages to plants that treated minor everyday ailments.
