Description

Diversified dairy farm with processing workshops (cheese dairy & bakery) and direct sales, in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park.

Raw cow's milk cheeses: Tommes with different flavors, fresh cheeses, old-fashioned white cheese, "Souleuvre" (Munster type).

Organic sourdough breads: farmhouse breads baked in a wood-fired oven, pastries, Lorraine pâtés

Organic semi-wholemeal flour

Beef to order (10 kg package)
