A little history...
Perrin confectionery was born in 1950, when Mr. PERRIN created his first workshop.
At the time, the factory only produced hard candies such as bergamot, violet, poppy... 10 years later, a second workshop was opened, which was dedicated to the production of jelly candies (based on mirabelle plum alcohol which is the house specialty and with assorted flavors). In 1969, it was Mrs. Georges (his daughter) who took over the PERRIN confectionery and started making roasted peanuts and almonds.
Today, it is the 3rd generation that has taken up the torch.
Located a stone's throw from Place Duroc in the town centre of Pont à Mousson, the confectionery offers its artisanal specialities, including jelly sweets made with mirabelle plum alcohol, bergamot and assorted flavours, boiled sugars available in numerous flavours (violet, poppy, mirabelle plum, pine, etc.) as well as roasted peanuts and almonds.
You will also find a large selection of containers and almond and chocolate sugared almonds for your weddings, baptisms and communions.
