The Happy Kite Spirit association is a land-based kitesurfing association. The association has existed since 2007. It is affiliated with the French Free Flight Federation. It has been based at the Chambley Planet'Air base since 2011.
Practice area located between the departmental road (lined with trees of 5 m max.) and the aeronautical zone (ULM, PLANES): approximately 500 m x 200 m.
